What's important to you in a new home?
At Essex Homes, we realize that there are many different answers to this question. That's why we offer a variety of designs and two different series of homes; Hallmark and Premier. While all of our homes benefit from exacting standards and attention to detail, our Premier Series homes tend to be larger and include a higher level of amenities.

In addition to modifying our own plans, we also build custom homes for those with special needs and wants.

Designs
Our variety of designs, sizes, and floor plans offer a fresh, appealing look that begins at the curb and carries throughout the home. Each design includes convenient and distinctive features tailored to your wants and needs.

Locations throughout Western New York
We build where you want to live: including many communities in the towns of Amherst, Aurora, Clarence, Grand Island, Hamburg, Lancaster, Lockport, and Orchard Park. We are happy to build on your lot as well.

Availability of Homes
We maintain an inventory of homes, which include a variety of unique designs in various stages of construction for your viewing and/or purchase, many of which await your final selections.
